A new parcel has been released, paving the way for more residents to join Orchard Grove as the development grows. This is a welcome piece of progress as we reach the end of another year on site.
This month marks the start of the team installing new footpaths for residents. These footpaths include paths for pedestrians along the spine road, connecting to residential roads within the development, making it easier and safer to get around.
Landscaping will continue during December, including planting trees and shrubs, especially within the new Pocket Park – as the last push to finish this new amenity. The final elements that needs to be completed in this area are the installation of handrails and fencing.
