Residents may see a couple of new additions this month, with two community noticeboards being installed. One will be near the zebra crossing on Egremont Road and the other in the Pocket Park. These will feature updates about Orchard Grove and useful information.
Two areas of parkland will see more work take place this month. Landscaping will continue at Manor Park and a footpath has been installed through Highfield Park. The next step for Highfield Park is for the soft landscaping to be introduced, which means the addition of turf, trees, grass, shrubs and flowers.
Work on the Park & Bus area will continue, as this new transport hub takes shape. A big move is on the cards for the Vistry site compound, which is leaving its current location by the Pocket Park for a near dedicated area further into the site.
