Spring is well and truly underway at Orchard Grove, and April brings a host of improvements that are making a visible difference across the development.

Looking ahead, beehives are planned for installation in Highfield Park, subject to weather conditions, with the aim of having them in place by the end of April. A new and exciting addition to the natural environment at Orchard Grove.

Landscaping works are continuing across all Consortium roads, with teams taking advantage of the improving conditions to enhance the green spaces and streetscapes that residents see every day.

Bin collections have also been stepped up this month, with dog and litter bin emptying now doubled in frequency.

On Merton Road, Taylor Wimpey has now completed its works and the road has reopened. The area is looking significantly improved, and the removal of the site storage compound away from the spine road has made a noticeable difference to the appearance of this central part of the development.

In Phase 2, Vistry is expected to commence earthworks in the coming weeks, marking the next significant step forward as the development continues to grow.
