As Spring arrives this month, work continues to create the development’s first park. A footpath will be created within Pocket Park, to create a route through the first public green space at Orchard Grove.
The landscape will start to look different, with most of the overhead cables and poles being removed from the site. In addition, new access roads are being constructed to open up more land for homes to be built.
Work on preparing the site for two major new amenities continues. The site is being readied for the construction of the new primary school, and the groundwork compound will move to make way for the park and bus facility.
