As we look at the exciting progress planned for the year ahead at Orchard Grove, we are preparing for the Park and Bus facility to be built, which will be the community’s new sustainable travel hub. Work is taking place to move the infrastructure compound away from its current location to make room for the new transport zone.
Orchard Grove’s first park is making progress with planting works taking place as part of the landscaping programme. Pocket Park will be the first of many open and accessible green spaces within the project development – totaling 100 acres across the whole of the new community.
Elsewhere on site, essential infrastructure work is taking place. National Grid will be working on overhead diversions and Wessex Water continue to lay the rising main for the pump station.
