This month work resumes to put the finishing touches to the new Pocket Park. Planting was completed just ahead of Christmas, and now railings are being installed where there are steps, fences are being put in around the park, the path is being realigned where needed, and the area will be cleaned before it opens in full.

Hedgerow maintenance is taking place across the site, as this needs to be undertaken ahead of bird nesting season in the Spring. Trimming back overgrown sections and maintaining the hedges is essential to help them flourish in the future. Hedgerows can be found across the development, including in residential areas, so those living at Orchard Grove may see this work taking place.

The teams are readying the Vistry and Taylor Wimpey site compounds to move away from their current locations to a new dedicated area along Egremont Road, away from residential areas.
