As the sun shines over Somerset, work on site continues – both starting new projects and heading towards the end of others. Footpaths are being installed in the Pocket Park as this area – which is Orchard Groves’ first public green space and area of parkland – moves further along.
Elsewhere on site, the second stream culvert will be completed, the crossing at Comeytrowe Lane is underway, and more essential services are being installed to support the development.
New projects are also starting up, with work beginning on the school site ready for construction to start; work is also starting to prepare the area that will be the park and bus hub; and the next phase of overhead lines will be dropped in the Eastern Neighbourhood area.
