As the sun continues shining through the summer, work on site will reach some pivotal points. The last of the western neighbourhood drainage basins will be finished and become operational. As the earthworks continue, new parcels are handed over to the developers to start construction – helping the new community to really take shape.
Further into the development, the spine road will cross Comeytrowe Lane and continue over the newly installed culvert, past the new school site. Also along this spine road, we will continue to install new services.
With many families now living at Orchard Grove and moving in all the time, we will also look at installing a noticeboard to ensure everyone is kept up to date with news of the development on their doorstep.
